Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Astrid and Ivy piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In their original packaging

Start a return by signing in to your customer account, selecting your order, and submitting a return request. We'll provide a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

International Orders We do not accept returns on international orders.
